JOB RESPONSABILITIES:
- Consistently exceed guest expectations during each visit
- Proficient management of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Motivation, training, and leadership of the sales team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Transparent communication of business goals, contests, and performance expectations to all team members
- Timely submission of payroll and operating reports, along with vigilant monitoring of store activities
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3 years minimum prior background in management, marketing, sales, service or retail and/or a college degree
